The Value of a Title

What is the value of a title? What is the importance of being recognized? Is it worth it if you never fully live up to what you are called for. Whether you are Senior Secretary, Manager, Leader, Pastor, Teacher, it is all irrelevant if your life never resonates the title you are given. A title should be given to the trustworthy, to those who aim to facilitate growth in others. There is no benefit in having a title for prestige or ego. Ego will fall and cause you to fail. A difference must be seen in the lives and situations you are given title over. Forget about the important feeling you get and focus on the important feeling you give to others. Let your life echo a life worth living, let your intentions be pure and your heart remain humble, for a title will not last forever but your impact will create a lingering taste, whether good or bad.
